Fall 2026 UA Public Relations undergraduate internship
Description:
The Department of Communication is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized undergraduate student intern to assist with managing, posting, editing and promoting the department’s internships, in addition to managing, posting and creating content for the department’s social media channels and the new public relations major on main campus. This role will require students to connect with local businesses and organizations, proactively engage with COMM and PR students seeking internships and coordinate an internship fair during the Fall 2026 semester. Although this 3-credit internship is unpaid, it is an exciting and high-profile position in a growing department.
Qualifications:
A public relations minor or major with a 3.0 GPA or higher; strong writing skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
Time frame:
Fall 2026 semester (could also be extended through Spring 2027 semester)
