Declare the PR Major (Main Campus Only)
- Students must complete the online information session
- Complete the online entry survey and academic agreement (links are provided in the information session)
Main campus students should contact program advisors with questions about the major in Public Relations.
New majors are declared every Friday at the start of the business day. For more information, please visit the advising page.
Please be patient with the Advising team as they help launch the new major!
Eligibility
- Continuing students must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.0 and no pending incomplete grades.
- No prerequisite courses are required to declare the major.

Drop-in hours are open to all undergraduate students and meant to answer quick questions, but advisors will do their best to accommodate your request in the short appointment.
Tuesdays, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM in-person in the Bear Down Gym, Room 106 (SBS Lounge).
Fridays, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM virtual via Zoom.
