Regents' Cup hosted at UArizona on Feb. 25, 2023!

This year's Regents' Cup is being hosted at the University of Arizona on February 25, 2023 in McClelland Hall! This tri-university Speech and Debate competition celebrates free speech, civil discourse and democratic egagement at Arizona's public universities. Last year's top prize winner ($15,000) was Communication major Celeste Lugo, who won for Storytelling, and the University of Arizona team won first place at the 2022 competition, hosted at NAU. The kickoff to this year's schedule on February 25 starts at 7:45 a.m. with Storytelling and Debate rounds starting at 8:45 a.m. Storytelling finals are scheduled at 5 p.m., and the Oxford finals will start at 6 p.m. COMM's own Diana Leonard is a coach and we are excited to see this year's participants! Join us at McClelland Hall on Saturday, February 25!
