The Chris Segrin Dissertation Award

The Department of Communication has proudly named the Communication dissertation fellowship after Professor Chris Segrin.  Over his career, Dr. Segrin has served as graduate director for our department for a number of years and has served as department head for well over a decade.  He has directed 12 MAs and 24 PhDs in his career, and has served on an immense amount of graduate committees in Communication and in other departments on campus.
