About Andrés Domínguez

Andrés Domínguez is the Graduate Program Coordinator for the Department of Communication. Before his current role, Andrés was an administrative assistant at the UA School of Journalism for four years. A Tucson native, he graduated from Tucson High Magnet School and the University of Arizona. He majored in journalism and political science, graduating in 2013. He also interned twice at the Arizona Legislature, where he attended as a political science intern in 2012 and as a journalism intern in 2014. 

He graduated with a Master of Legal Studies degree in 2021, which included one year as a graduate associate editor for the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. Currently he serves as a member on the board of directors for Southern Arizona Legal Aid.
